I work especially well with women who are capable, responsible, and used to holding a great deal together. Many are mothers, professionals, caregivers, or leaders. On the outside, life may appear stable. Internally, there may be exhaustion, grief, disconnection, or a quiet sense that something no longer fits.
Often the strengths that once helped you survive, independence, high expectations, over functioning, are now the very patterns that feel limiting.
Together, we slow down, build awareness, and increase nervous system capacity. We create space to process what has not been processed, release what no longer serves, and move toward a more grounded and integrated way of living.
For anyone carrying more than they're letting on — and finally ready to set it down.

I work with couples who want their relationship to work but feel stuck in painful or repetitive cycles. There is often love and commitment, yet communication breaks down, trust feels fragile, or unresolved injuries continue to surface.
In couples therapy, the client is the relationship. I do not take sides. I help you slow the cycle down, understand the attachment needs beneath the conflict, and build a more secure and responsive bond.
I work best with couples who are motivated to engage the process and willing to explore what is happening beneath the surface.

Support for parents that are navigating chronic stress within the home and family dynamic. Parents that may feel isolated, stuck and carry a level of heaviness and grief that is often unspoken.

Many of my clients are leaders, business owners, ministry leaders, and service oriented professionals. They are accustomed to responsibility and caring for others, yet often struggle to slow down themselves.
When outcomes are uncertain or life does not respond to effort the way it once did, deeper work becomes necessary. We focus on building steadiness from within so leadership and influence flow from integration rather than exhaustion.
